Membership Rate Rise Reminder

As mentioned previously, we have held back our scheduled rate rise until 1st August due to the delays with providing online payment facilities.

From 1st August an adult attending membership will cost £60 (up from £50) and will rise to £70 on 1st Feb 2013.

If you have pre-supported but not yet converted to full attending membership, you may wish to do this before the end of the month.

Other rates remain the same throughout: Junior (12-17yrs) £20, child (5-11yrs) £5) and infant (0-4yrs) £1. Soft toy/apocryphal £1.

Accommodation Update

For those of you who have already booked, notification of hotel allocations will be going out in the second half of July.

At this point, the Cedar Court is effectively full. We are holding back a small number of rooms for people with significant medical needs, very small children and for programme requirements. If you believe you will require such priority consideration, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

There are still plenty of rooms available at our overflow hotels which are comfortable, pleasant and reasonably priced, and there will be a regular bus service between the overflows and the main hotel.

Therefore, for those booking from this point onwards, please list your choices of overflow hotel in order of preference.

We look forward to seeing you at the convention.
